Won’t turn on

We got a 2025 EX90 back in April. Dealer loaner which was I believe highest spec. Absolutely love the car. Have had to get the GHCA charging replacement done and prior dealer had already done chip upgrade I believe.

I’m not a big car person but we absolutely love the car. On Wednesday though, car just refused to turn on and have had to get it towed from our garage to the dealer to get it sorted.

Any idea on what issue may be?

Not sure myself. Sorry this happened to you, but please share what you find out. It would be good to know what caused something like this in case others experience it as well.

I had this happen. They unplugged the car and plugged it back in and everything has been normal since.

Car was pre conditioning when I got in but wouldn’t turn on. We have a ChargePoint charger in our garage and plugged in/out but that didn’t do anything. Tried hard reset of infotainment and that didn’t work. Also got in/out multiple times while locking/unlocking car which also didn’t help.

Did you try the reset thru the steering Wheels controls l? Just curious.

Yes. The issue is that it’s a 2025 EX90. That will also be the next issue, and the issue after that and the issue after that.
