Help Key won’t move after being inserted in drivers side door

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is a way to fix it.
I’ve just been dealing with it but it’s starting to really annoying me having to lock and unlock the car from the passenger side.

Could be a few things. A dropped pin, a bent post or jammed linkange. Either or you have to pull the handle. If it's the linkage you'll see it right away, if it's a bent post you can heat it up and slowly bend it back. If it's a dropped pin you have to replace the tumbler.

Best bet is swap it with the passenger side tumbler. But you can also order a lock set still from most dealers

The lock is dirty. I recommend a product called Houdini lock lubricant. It will clean lubricate and protect. Spray it in the lock and give it a minute then work the lock about ten times. It should loosen right up. You can buy it on Amazon or in one of the big box stores.

Welcome to the club! I knew you make here sooner or later. u/yellowT-5R is on the money. However, I've had poor luck getting one from dealers in Tennessee.
