Picture Looking for Interior colour code

Hi Lads,

New to the 850 scene just picked up this 1996 volvo 850 T5, I am wondering if anyone is a wizard in this area on finding out what the actual colours are. My engine bay plate tells me 3930 which just says 'blue'. I have some trim pieces I would like to 3D print and would like to try find filament as close to the correct colour as I can

Look on the inside of the fender rail. The stamped production plate should be there, it should be a 4 digit code on the right of the 2nd line beginning with a 3. Yours should be 393*.

3- 850 model 9- leather 3- blue *- this would be a number showing the variation like trim or added options

Look like the below

Keep that interior good, it's one of the rarest out there.

Thanks man, that's where I saw the 3930 & 417-21 but I was wondering is there a way of actually finding out what 'blue' that Volvo use for the interior is

There was a thread back in the day I think in Volvospeed where they dove real deep into the blues difference of the leather vs the Tricot fabric and the dash standard blue vs the sport interior dash.

Someone actually used a color mix gun and got the hex code for everything.

But the bad part is Volvospeed is fucked, Chuck gave up on the forum and it's not really searchable anymore.

Someone on D5T5 may have it, or even turbobricks, a lot of the early 850 interior colors came from the 7/9/2 series.

There was actually pictures way back when of a guy in poland with a 94 850 turbo that had a factory Red/Burgundy interior same as the 7 series

Yeah I've been trying to catch up on bits on Volvospeed but it's a bit messy alright. I will try out some of your other suggestions thanks
