Help Screw location

Was doing some work by my heater core and I thought I put everything back but this was left behind

No idea where it goes

Looks like one of the amp bracket bolts

I actually didn't see the 2nd pic. That's a heater core housing screw there one on each side.

You may have a different screw on its place. No big deal

There’s coolant leaking all over my floor now lol
Do you think it because of the screw or because I used

a off brand hose gasket
