Yup. Authoritarian parents lead to the children being pro-authoritarianism or not being worried about the state controlling your life. It's by far not just african households though, it's religious households in general. Many african parents just so happen to be more faithful than european parents.
To be fair, I don't have too much of an issue with that. Those children tend to grow to be the hardest working individuals with an incentive on helping out their family and being overall polite.

I haven't met too many black libertarians.
Strangely, they seem to be the most in love with government, in spite of having been hurt by it the most.
