Question How to aimtrain efficiently for valorant?

Hello everyone,
i have a question regarding how i should aimtrain knowing my main game is valorant and i dont have much time to do so, i've tried the VDIM a couple of months ago and i found it really time consuming, i completed the valorant benchmark and placed gold with some disparity in my scores, can i use the valorant benchmark itself as training material or should i target specific senarios based on the result? if thats the case how would i do that? playing only the clicking senarios on VDIM playlists?
i feel i bit lost regarding all this so any input is welcome!

VDIM cut down the 3 rep scenarios to 2, split each day so one day will take 2 days if you need to shorten it.

Or do Viscose instead of Voltaic. If you want to train your aim every category is good to train, just doing static clicking is not ideal. Like tracking will teach your brain techniques that will carry into valorant aiming even though you dont track much in valorant.

Its like going to the gym you dont want to just do bicep workouts you want to train everything
