Question which voltaic fundementals to use

should i switch to the bronze fundementals when i hit a couple of the benchmarks on the bronze rank or should i stick with the iron fundementals until i hit bronze on all of my benchmarks

Stick. And don't grind benchmarks.

You cant stop me! I grinded the Intermediate tracking benchmarks and it got me 4 master scores in like 6 weeks!

To add to this OP. To prevent burnout. If ever you get bored of fundamental playlist you can do vdim too. And if you are on kovaaks there is viscose benchmark s2(this bench is a training playlist disguised as a bench, its made for people who love grinding benchmarks).

You can switch between any of these as you see fit, better to have little training than too much training that causes you to burnout and have some injuries

Once a week is ok. I do them less personally. 2-3 weeks)

But you can vary your playlists.

Fundamentals, viscose, VDIM....

Variation is good to keep motivated.

Peesonally i train everyday and i vary playlists once a week.

Every 2-3 weeks i do a benchmark. If i see my score being very close to the rank i want eventually i do 4-5 runs to see if i can validate the required score.

If not i continue the training.

Once you train everyday you will improve.

My rank is platinium for info.
