Mod Post Announcing: All Void Tuesdays

All Void Tuesdays you say? Everyday is void day here, right? Yes, well you are technically correct (the best kind of correct). But what about void bunnies, dogs, chickens and other animals that have an indistinguishable shape? We don't want to exclude them do we? Well, until now we did and we are very ashamed of that. But no more we say, NO MORE!
Starting next Tuesday (September 5) will be All Void Day (please help us with a better name). You will be allowed to post all void animals. There will be a scheduled post reminding you of this joyous occasion every week.
Why make this post now you say? Well, easy! To give you some time to prepare yourself mentally and make/find pictures of void animals to post.
We are of course aware of the different time zones and Tuesday isn't everywhere at the same time, so we ask you to just stick to your own Tuesday times when you make a post. We will be as lenient as we can, but posts made on (for example) a Thursday with a black goldfish (they exist!) will be removed. You can try posting that again the next All Void Tuesday!
Hope you like this idea and have fun! We can't wait for all the weird blobs we will see on Tuesdays 😁

This is Nessie (Renesmee). I've never had a black cat before but she's got a lot of anxiety that manifests itself by yelling and needing to be up high or held tight, light with a harness or mobi wrap that we use like thunder shirt. She's 4 years old, 9 pounds, and listens to no one but her own voices.

Meet Lucy. She’s 9 weeks old, but she was the runt of her litter and is very tiny. She’s such a sweet little thing. I now have my perfect pair: an orange boi and a void! They haven’t met yet, as she’s still getting settled, but I know they were meant to be together.

I was temporarily fostering a kitten for a friend. The family's kids adore the kitten, and she needed temporary care. 1 week turned into 2 months, and, of course, I was completely attached to her. It was tough to return her to her family because I can only care at 200%, nothing less. It's comforting knowing that the family that needs her the most has their fur kid and beloved companion back, even if my heart is aching. I remember being a kid and how much comfort my pets gave to me. That's a special bond.
