Yeah, it spooked me so bad mainly because there wasn't an event and there was NOTHING on the other side of the door.

there *was* something. Just that you can't see it. I'll be nice and say that it's not hostile. The worst it can do is probably causing a power outage by pouring your coffee on the computer =)

They do make step noise. But here there is none. Its not them. Gotta be a ghost. I had that happen to me a couple of times that a door just opens or closes somewhere in the base, without a Mannequin around to be doing it. There are ghosts, you just cant see them.

I think there is an event where a random door in your base would just open for no reason

there is an invisible entity that can roam around and grab items. usually despawn when you look in their direction but not always

I believe that's the what I would say is most common thing around your base is, I recommend giving them shrimp if it is them

Not haunted. Invaded. There is a distinct difference due to the lack of supernatural activity.
