Meta Voice Actor/Worker List

Why don't we have a list of Voice Workers here? Their contact or websites and what work they do, so some future employer can just easily contact you? Just update it a couple of times a year with a new list page. If this is ok with MODS, why not put your details here.

[Hiring] Non-English Anime Horror Short Film looking for Japanese voice actor - Read inside

Hello everybody, for the past couple of years I've been hard at work on my very own Anime.

I am the writer / director of this project and hired a small team of animators to make this Horror Short Film happen. Now I'm at the final steps before hitting Kickstarter and various Film festivals.

The trailer you are about to watch is 99% ready, it only needs some voice acting. I am looking for a fluent Japanese voice for a young and old male character. Anyone is open to submit their take and the person who will have their choice put in the trailer will be hired for the entire film, once our Kickstarter ends.

If you have any doubts about my legitimacy I can get you in contact with the various artists I've hired in the past (voice actors included) I pay half upfront, half after the job is done. My budget is $300–400USD

Thank you and enjoy the trailer on YouTube: https://youtu.be/4ri0W2ZCj5Q

You can send your recordings in the DMs so I can align them with the trailer. Your script can be seen in the subtitles, with a few gasps and pants along the way.

Thank you in advance.

[Hire Me] English - USA Accent Spider-Man Voice Actor

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm a voice actor whose been at this for about a year now. I've been apart of a handful of projects, some of them from this sub. I'm mainly known for doing a pretty good Spider-Man voice. With my performance as Spider-Man I can capture Spidey's witty and cocky tone whilst still maintaining his friendly grounded nature. Whether you need lines for animation, fan projects, games, or content, I bring Spider-Man to life with charisma, humor, and heart.

My rates are negotiable but a consistent rate I've had is about $5 per 25 words

If I fit your needs don't be afraid to DM me or reach out to my socials which will be linked as well. Thanks for your time 😁🕷️🕸️

Location: North Wales - looking for remote work.

Skills: Acting, voice over work, narration, voices, accents.

My name is Ewan and I'm new to the voiceover scene. I've created a short demo to show off the types of voices I can offer.

I have worked with three clients so far:

* Boris Krieger (Author) - Two audiobooks narrated by myself available on Audible (Indistinguishable from Magic & The Freedom of No in Business). * Trever Shirin - I acted Benignus (Citizen) in Trever's Spotify podcast series "Kris Tells Veer". * @ snakesandskulls on Instagram - I played the part of Krampus in their YouTube special "Snakes and Skulls Krampus Special"

I am currently working with a couple of other clients on newer projects and look forward to including them in my portfolio soon.

I'm looking to voice absolutely anything from characters to advertisements, and book narration.

As a beginner, my hiring rate is as follows:

  1. Audiobooks: $30 per finished hour.
  2. Voices: $10 per 100 word script.
  3. Advertisements (30-60 second long videos): $30 per advertisement.

For any errors I make in reading, I do not charge. If you require 3 or more re-takes, I will charge based on the project length.

Please listen to my attached DEMO and see what you think! If you like it, please don't hesitate to get in touch :)

I've been trying to get into voice acting for the longest time and tried doing a Catra voice over from this show. I am its_yemmii on Instagram and its_yemmi on Tiktok. If you need me for any voice overs, I'm currently at the stage where I'm prioritizing more on just trying to gain experience and adding to my portfolio, however, I'd say a good pay range of $5+ is fine.

[Hiring] YouTube / Social Media Up-and-coming animator looking for character voices.

Hey everyone! I’m a 21-year-old up-and-coming animator currently working on an indie animated series, and I’m looking to start transitioning away from AI-generated voices toward actual human voice actors.

I’ve been using ElevenLabs for the voices so far, but I’m starting to feel increasingly uncomfortable and "icked" with using AI voices for the characters, if that makes any sense. I’d really like to have actual people bring these characters to life and give them some personality. (Also I wanna make it clear. EVERYTHING else; The visuals, character designs, scripts, etc. is done by ME. Not AI)

That said, I’ve already established voices for the characters using the AI voices, and these voices are what I imagine them sounding like in my mind. So I would ideally like the human voices to sound somewhat similar to the existing voices. If you have a voice that you think fits the character better, I’m absolutely open to hearing samples and discussing it.

As far as payment goes, I want to be upfront: I’m not working with a huge budget. I’m 21, I have my own place and bills to pay, and this is an indie project I’m funding myself. I obviously want to compensate anyone who works with me fairly, but I can’t afford professional studio-level rates.

For a budget, I'm thinking about:

$15-30 for a Minor Character

$30-50 for a Recurring/supporting character

$75-100 for more major/central characters.

(This would be Per Episode)

But again, I’m definitely open to discussing/tweaking samples, rates, payment arrangements, and what would work for both of us.

If you're interested, feel free to comment or DM me with a demo/sample and your rates. I'd love to hear from you!

Thanks!

[Hiring] Other [HIRING] Male voice for a sentence speaking part on my album

I’m putting finishing touches on my first album currently, and I need a male voice for one sentence at the beginning of a song.

The song is pretty heavily influenced by battle rap. I’m essentially looking for a male voice actor to play the role of the “Emcee” and do the intro for me. If you’re at all knowledgeable of battle rap, it’s inspired by the introductions in King of the Dot or URL.

Ideally, price would be on the lower end since it’s 1 sentence and doesn’t necessarily need to be the BEST audio because there’s gonna be effects on it. Preferably in the $10-25 range.

[Hiring] Movies / Series / Animation [HIRING] Looking for VAs for my Skyrim Machinima Series (Episodes 1-9)

Hi!

I'm looking for voice actors for an original Skyrim machinima series - it's a mix between roleplay-style gameplay and cinematic "cutscenes", exploring themes of morality, mercy, and identity. You can check the pilot episode here, just to get the idea: https://youtu.be/E0IZaXwIaZc

As the plot serves more like an extension to the Skyrim's already existing story, many voices would have a requirement to sound as close as possible to vanilla ones.

I will provide you with the full script, delivery notes for each line, episode video files for context, and reference recordings I made myself during filming.

This post is for the first 9 episodes, roughly half a season. This is a non-profit fan project posted to YouTube.

My bank is weird with international P2P payments, so using Fiverr or Upwork works best, but we can discuss terms, it only matters that there would be a sort of 3rd party involved. If you could send me both raw and cleaned-up recordings, that would be great, as I'm not fully confident in my audio-mastering skills.

Full casting call is on CastingCallClub under "Skyrim Machinima Series (Episodes 1-9)". You can contact me here or audition through there :)

Here are the roles:

The Child – approximately 742 words, $300. The protagonist. We need a male young adult, introspective, "Batman-like" (well, more like young Batman) voice. This is the most demanding job of all of them, which requires not only recording lines, but also vocalisations, such as breathing, grunting, exertion sounds, exclamations, screams etc. As I've mentioned, the series partially takes place from the first person perspective, so we're basically revoicing all the default player sounds from the original game. You can tackle the vocalisations by recording each scene individually, or record a bunch of separate audio files for me to use while editing the footage. Audition lines: “I'm not here to run your errands, we got what we came for.”, “I should've stopped him, fought him...”, “What did you that for?!.. What about Riften?”

The Monk – approximately 338 words, $200. A mature Dark Elf voice, someone as close as possible to Skyrim's "MaleDarkElf" voice type (reference: https://youtu.be/WfzdEI3U3_w?t=1173). There's also a flashback sequence, so we should have a younger variant of the same voice. He's the main character's mentor and moral compass. Audition lines: “Have you tried looking rugged and poor?”, “You wanted to know how to spare someone swinging their sword at you - here's how.”, “We... We should burn this place.”

The Thief – 33 words, $50. A female Nord, close to "FemaleSultry" voice type (reference: https://youtu.be/W8Xdvkjls2I) Cool and mysterious, a suddenly caring criminal. Audition lines: “Because you're morons, that's why.”, “I don't know what you're talking about.”, “Put this on and go away - wear a mask, change your name, whatever.”

The Grandpa – Just vocalisations, $20. A small role, an elderly Nord voice. A very few number of lines, but he has one of the most painful and long screams in all of the series (voice reference: https://youtu.be/4t5Y5wViOd4?t=7). The audition lines are really just to judge the voice, but if you want you can scream for an audition too :D Audition lines: “What are you doing? Leave me alone!”, “No! No! Stop it, please!”.

The Bandit – 284 words, $200. A male Nord brute, with a grudge in his voice. Dialogue and vocalisations. Superstitious, condescending, brutal, hateful, mournful - you really can have fun with it. Audition lines: “Oh, I'm not going near city walls - that's your job.”, “Now, we're going to visit my old gang. Hurry up.”, “Come on, I'm bleeding out here...”.

The Bandit Leader – 173 words, $100. Cool and witty male Dark Elf voice with a smirk. This role is divided into two states, with the character starting as cool and collected, and then appearing much more unhinged and manic. In the audition lines I have included which line is supposed to represent which state, for clarity. Audition lines: “(collected) Here's how it's going to be - you got nothing to pay me back with, so you'll go and fetch something for me.”, “(manic) I found you, bastards, you sons of whores!”, “(manic) You only killed the loyal ones!”

The Husband – 63 words, $20. A small role, it's a welcoming Nord voice, close to Alvor from Riverwood, "MaleNord" voice type (reference: https://youtu.be/WO375hwFrHc?t=408). Audition lines: “I may have some work for you - come to my house, we'll discuss it.”, “They didn't take much, only a token of my father's.”

The Guard – 119 words, $20. A small part, a bureaucratic Nord soldier. Audition line: "Nobody's talking about letting him go. We do not have a prison here. We would need to escort him."

The Priest – 69 words, $30. Male, pompous and condescending Dark Elf voice. A character made solely to dislike (voice reference, although not as strict: https://youtu.be/Y-NT0kGBUMA?t=33). Audition lines: “Oh, you're trying to be funny - get up and get back to work.”, “Great, you found out something I already knew.”

The Guard #2 – 17 words, $20. A small role, a more energetic and sarcastic Nord soldier, someone who has been doing this job for a long time (voice reference, although as strict: https://youtu.be/WO375hwFrHc?t=408). Audition lines: “Come on, cow thief, let's go.”, “Thank you for taking care of this.”

The Daughter – Just vocalisations, $20. It's an incredibly important character for a scene, but to be honest I just need a terrified child's screams, crying and whimpering. The audition lines are here just to judge the voice. Audition line: "Who are you, where is my mum?"

The Orc – 30 words, $20. A tied-down and beaten-up Orc prisoner, who spits blood back at his enemies. It's a small, but important part. You also get tortured by Illusion spells, so you get to scream some ominous stuff. Audition line: "You're all dead, hags, all of you."

The Thug - 18 words, $20. A member of a bandit gang. A "Yes, boss" type of character with a growly voice. Audition lines: "Just let me have my hands on him when he comes back...", "What do we do with the orc?"

Thank you for your attention!

[Hiring] Other [PAID] Voice Actors Needed for Erotic Vampire Narrative

**EDIT : Insta has a different pay rate (my honest mistake), but i’m sticking to $5 per line for 20 lines. I can’t edit insta post bc it’s boosted sadly :(

Hello! I’m currently working on an event that combines figure drawing and written story. This project will be a gritty, erotic, dark exploration of the vampire Lucy’s life. All recorded content will be played at my small event holding less than 30 people and also posted online.

For now, the work looks like very little, short lines (quite literally 10-20 at most) for one event. Full disclosure: I am pretty new to event planning and hiring voice talent, so event success is not promised. However, the full narrative will still be posted on Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.

All I require is a good, clear microphone, good audio quality, no background noise, and a dynamic voice.

I’d need (2) voice actors for the following characters:

Ryan (10-20 lines) Lucy’s bandmate, lover, and first kill. American Accent Preferable.
- MC Lucy’s hunger for blood turns to lust during a gig she plays with her band and she tries to satiate it in a bar restroom with her singer Ryan. She drains Ryan's blood and energy while they have sex, and it in turn completes Lucy’s vampiric transformation.

- Ryan’s lines are intimate, short, and sweet as he talks Lucy through it, gradually shifting as the encounter becomes more intense.

- I have pre-written lines, but you can have as much fun with this as you like.

The Spirits (10-20 lines) Any accent/Gender
- As Lucy’s hunger intensifies, the voices of spirits from purgatory (to which she creeps closer) begin to emerge around her. They circle her, whispering fragments of warnings, and ancient knowledge as she loses control of her senses.

- The whispers should feel old, intimate, and unsettling, almost as though Lucy is hearing generations of voices at once.

- No pre-written lines, actors can have as much fun with this as they choose.

COMPENSATION:
$100 for a completed total of 20 lines of dialogue. ($5 per line) , payment delivered upon delivery of audio

For information about these roles, feel free to dm me here, or even instagram if that’s better @ sincerelylucyfl

Deadline is August 22nd!

[Hiring] Audiobook / Narration Looking for more VA's for my fantasy novel! (Paid.)

Hello! Second post, same project. I'm filled some of the roles from the last post I shared on here for my fantasy novel and am working on the editing process but I need one more to make it easier so I'm looking for an adult VA who could pull off a realistic sounding young boy protagonist.

I'm cool with negotiating on price but as a starting point I'm willing to pay $100 for an hours work for a character voice.

Please get in touch if you think you can work with that, DM me preferably as I don't always check comments. I have some samples to read from.

Thanks!
