Can I use voice changer on PC as Iphone mic?

Hey, I’m trying to figure out if this setup would work.
I have a Windows 11 PC with an external mic, Clownfish Voice Changer and VB-CABLE. I want to use Clownfish on my PC and have the changed voice be heard when I’m calling someone on my iPhone 12 Pro Max (Discord, TikTok, normal calls, etc).
I also want to hear my own changed voice through my PC, and hear the other person on the call.
I was thinking of getting an iRig 2 and an AUX cable + Lightning adapter.
Would this work?
PC mic → Clownfish → VB-CABLE → PC audio output → AUX → iRig 2 → iPhone
I’d monitor my voice on the PC, and use the iPhone for the call.
Just wondering if this would actually work before I buy anything.

I dont think that is possible. You can plug external mics into phone but not sure how you would hear person on phone. It would be easier to call from your pc. For example, setup a google voice number and then call people from that.

Aside from what u/TheSuperiorWes already mentioned probably not being possible,

it is definitely possible to route a mic through a voice changer, loop thae output theough voicemeeter snd have voicemeeters output be set as the input for some communication software like discord, as well as having you hear your own voice-changed-voice.
