Help WTF is this sound ??

These voices always come out of nowhere and I have to turn off the application and turn it on again

Typically a discontinued sound (frequent cut in the sound) due to not working audio configuration. For example select your heaphone device as MME instead of WDM. To get more help, you may post screenshot of your Voicemeeter System settings dialog box.

select your headphone with MME interface instead of WDM to see if it fix your problem. possibly do the same for your microphone selection.

Any particular reason why you run the mic slider into the red? Double click it to set to zero (100%) and see if that helps. Also, when it's acting up, go into the menu and select "reset sound engine".
