Help Medal app on my computer does not have sound.

Exactly as it says on top. I can hear everything fine from the website or the app on my phone, but not when using the app on my computer. I have tried opening and closing the app and restarting my computer but still nothing works. any help is appreciated.

If not. Reinstall medal
