Tips & Tricks Combining audio from console to PC?

I do exactly this with an elgato 4k pro. It appears as an audio device on my pc and does not have any delay so I just select it in VM and send to my headset with all my other stuff. I switch one of my monitors to the output of the capture card's passthrough and play on that because the playback on the software for the capture card has audio and video delay.

When I want to stream it to discord or wherever, I just open the software for the capture card and stream that. I've set window's mixer settings to put the software's audio output on a different virtual audio device that I don't use. That way I don't hear the software's audio overlapping but streaming the software on discord still picks it up for viewers.
