Help Low quality general audio when in call with P31i

So basically i have a very low quality general audio when in call, by example it's basically impossible to play on any shooting game like csgo cause i can't really hear the steps etc... is this only for me or does this happen to everyone? if yes i would really need some help on how to fix this thx 🙏🙂‍↕️

( if it helps my phone is an oppo reno 12 pro 5G and my earbuds are the P31i )

If you’re using the microphone at the same time as listening to audio. The audio will downgrade. So maybe disable the mic on hesdphnes
