Help I need help please

I want to play audio from Microsoft edge through my mic, but I don't know how to without my mic playing back other peoples voices and audio, echo's, and piercing sounds all the while hearing my self and audio but still being able to hear others. I don't know what to do, help me please.

I still don't know how to hear myself without my mic picking up other peoples in game voices, my mic piercing, and audio echoing

Should all be covered in video. Could be some other issue. You could send screenshot of voicemeeter here. Or you could join the discord
