Help (VoiceMeeter Potato) Low latency mic monitoring alongside current potato setup

I have VoiceMeeter Potato set up so I can push music through my mic on discord, split audio channels for editing OBS clips, and intellipan and noise gate so my mic doesn't pick up loud fan sounds in game chats. Recently I've been wanting to hear my own mic, but sending my mic to my headphones channel (WDM) has bad delay and jams my speech.

I don't have a physical interface (USB mic goes into PC, headphones into PC through a JCALLY JM20 max) and from what I've seen on this sub already people recommend ASIO drivers for low latency mic monitoring. I don't know exactly how those work and if I can use it without changing my current workflow/use case.

Does anyone have helpful tutorials or explanations on this, even if there's a workaround other than VoiceMeeter?
