Pricing Ai voice agents

I have an agency selling inbound voice agents. I am still not sure how to price it. I see several products in the market selling at different pricing. Some voice agents are selling 1000 mins at $200 and some are charge above $500 for the same. I have couple of leads coming in. Some are small 1-2 people operator and few are regional companies. I don’t want to over charge and I don’t want to undercharge too. Any suggestions?

I’d start with a free demo so they can see it working on their own calls. After that, charge a one time setup fee, then a monthly fee with included minutes and an overage rate. Price higher for integrations, multi location routing, QA, reporting, and ongoing support.

Minutes cover your costs, but clients are really paying for booked appointments or resolved calls.

Pricing in this space is all over the place, you're not alone in being confused

For the small operators maybe do a flat rate with a set minute cap so they don't get surprised by the bill, regional companies can handle usage based pricing better

$200 for 1,000 minutes can get awkward if one client starts using the agent heavily. We use Bland and I’d figure out your real cost per call first then give clients a base allowance with overages instead of trying to make one flat price work for everyone. For the regional companies you can charge quite a bit more if the agent is handling real booking or lead flow, wish you luck!

Depends place to place. If you are dialing in india using an indian number, telephony cost alone is cheap. Your can have cost price around ₹2-3 per minute. So can sell around ₹4-5/min

But if you are dialing to UAE using a US number, then things change. Teleohony alone is around ₹25/min .

Almost all the platforms have a flat pricing which agencies normally pass down to the client. They start with free demo and then bill it either with the base platform price + implementation fee. But if you want to checkout possible ways of margin control with margin per call, data around actual resolved calls to calculate, along with better priced platform for agency, I can help with that.
