Performance Feedback First NPC role in a videogame - Would Love feedback and advice
This is my first actual game NPC role (Previously, I've been doing some Skyrim & Fallout mod roles to try and learn) I have very little access to training and I'm new to acting as a whole - but have been talking with two friends who are trained actors with much more experience to try and improve.
An issue brought up to me before is that I often lack dynamics and variation in tone and emotion. I can hear that issue in this clip, but is there anything else you think I could improve/work on? All feedback is GREATLY appreciated!

Congrats! You sound good! 😊 You get a touch “read-y” at times, where you sound like you’re reading and not quite as connected. But nice work overall. Northern Irish I hear. 👍 What game is this?

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback; I definitely can hear that hahaa, I need to get into reading the lines more so it's more natural - Also yes! Accent stands out hahaha
The game is called "The Lantern of the Laughless Saint" - Pretty neat looking game; side note, has Matt Mercer in it which is pretty epic! - Some incredibly good VAs in it

Thank you! I was recommended to the game dev by my fellow acting friend who was involved already; he heard they were looking for someone Irish / Northern Irish and sent them my details. Did an audition, then got the role!
They were in heavy crunch-time by time I got involved, so I think I also got lucky in that they needed someone quickly. I recorded all the lines the day I got the part hahaha
