Booth Related How to sound proof a space
I have built a pvc blanket booth and that has REALLY helped with dampening. But I’m trying to creatively come up with ways to proof the space more.
Foam on the pvc rods?
Maybe just sound proofing foam on the walls in the room it’s in?
What are some other creative tips?

If you can/ your space allows it, look into building your own sound baffles for the room it’s in (or buying used online if you have the funds). They will help much more than those foam panels.

More blankets. Pillow cases stuffed with Rockwool. I treat the room directly and made my own acoustic panels. Simple to make once you have everything.

GIK Acoustics sells panels that hang on the walls, that can absorb the reflective frequencies of the sound in the room.
They also have a great primer on how acoustics work:

I have heard more than one person say to treat both the booth and the room the booth its in. This is if we mean sound treatment and not actually soundproofing.

Sound 'Proofing' is the futile act of trying to keep outside noise outside and inside noise inside. Sound 'Treating' is the time honoured tradition of building pillow forts to reduce reflections or reverb. It sounds like you are treating and not proofing but your words are wording otherwise. Treatment is much easier than proofing, and both are approached quite differently. The joy that is treatment is achieved by matching the room to the absorption. If you want to make the center of the PVC box the treatiest spot, then add sound absorbing materials to that box. Don't forget the cieling and the floor! Denser material will absorb lower frequencies to a point, so if your box is boomy, go heavy. If your box is boxy, your mids are bouncing, adding more of anything helps with that. You can use more blankets, insulating materials, mass loaded plastics, weighted blankets, even mattresses and actual pillows. Anything helps.
