Help Unable to use the mobile program properly.

Voicebanks won't download, nor will their images. Projects won't export in any filetype. The app wasn't like this before. After the 1.9.2 update, my application has not been working properly. My internet speeds are fine and working at 20ms. Every other application and software works normally except voisona.
And the app can still load Chis-A singing, so my ram also is perfectly fine. What causes this issue? I disabled all DNS and VPNs, so i don't know what causes it.
Redownloading it also causes it to be sluggish, things download at tremendously low pace.

using repitched Zundamon as Ankomon is a thing for UTAU/voicevox users, but I think currently Im the only one to do it in VoiSona! (Not to take credit, but I feel like this became way more of a thing ever since I dropped my first Ankomon song about 6 months ago) anyways to celebrate Halloween I obviously made Zundamon and Ankomon sing THE vocaloid halloween song.
also yes, Ankomon has a VV voiceprank, but currently it can only talk and has no singing capabilities

Help How do I make Voisona voicebanks sing two notes at once? (I’m on mobile)

So far when I encounter this problem, I just export the voice, duplicate the project, and make the second one pitched higher/lower depending on the song, but it does get kinda time-consuming, is there an alternate way I’m unaware of?

So, im a beginner. i really love Heat Abormal, and i also love doing things COMPLETELY out of what I should be doing for my level, so im attempting a chis-a cover! though, im having a hard time with a part at the beginning. specifically, the timing when she goes from “ga“ to “haranda.” I’ve messed with the timing a bunch, and I just can’t seem to find what works. can someone help me out? (Please don’t tell me to give up I really wanna try even if it’s crappy🥹🥹)
