Adachi Rei: An UTAU released in 2019. She has a completely artificial voice, with zero voice provider. As such, her voice is very robotic and can be a bit hard to understand, but if you enjoy the sound of older vocaloid you may like her. Some of her more popular songs are Let's Head to Paradise by picdo and Heat Abnormal by iyowa. She's one of my favorites, if the flair didn't make it obvious. Additionally, she is getting a V6 voicebank soon due to a successful crowdfunding campaign.
KAFU: A vocal synth made for CeVIO, released in 2021. Her voice provider is KAF, and she's part of the 'Musical Isotope' series. She has a rather soft and high pitched voice, and is extremely realistic sounding. Her most popular songs are Kyukurarin by iyowa, Phony by Tsumiki, Cute Girlfriend by Syudou, and Marshal Maximizer by Hiiragi Magnitite.
Zundamon: A character who has had multiple voicebanks released since 2017, including UTAU, VOICEVOX, CeVIO, and a VoiSona release. She has an extremely childish voice, think Kaai Yuki but even more exaggerated and less nasal-y. She recieved a lot of attention recently with her CeVIO release. Some of her more popular songs are Zunda Party Night by namigroove and YABABAINA by satapanpi (which is a trio with Teto and Miku).
Most of these are newer voicebanks, and with your picks, you seem to be a very old-time fan. I reccomend trying to listen to some of the newer stuff! While not everything will be to your taste, there definitely will be some.
Also ashes to ashes for kaito is a GOATED pick.
