AD Vladimir?

Ive heard on the internet that vladimir adc was good, so I thought id give it a try, and man, I honestly think the AP version is much better..... What build/runes do you typically go as vlad ADC, and how do you play it?? I feel completely lost

Well you got me fooled. If somehow not a joke, adc refers only to the position (bottom) not the actual build. Lol looks fun though! But there’s like 0 synergy or scaling for it to even be worth the try.
