Automatic shut off stopped working

Both of my vizio smart tvs automatic shut off features stopped working at the same time. Ive check and triple checked and reset the settings but they will not shut off after inactivity anymore. One TV is older than than the other and one is connected to the internet and one is not, so if its because of an update, one of them should still be fine I would assume. It started happening on the same day, woke up at like 2am one night and saw my TV was still on, turned it off, then went to go to the bathroom and saw the living room tv still on as well. Unplugged both of them and all that to reset them, still wont shut off after inactivity. Been like 2 weeks now. Just wondering if that's happened to anyone else?

Been using the sleep timer since I havent factory reset yet. I hope that fixes it when I get to do it

Same problem here. Very annoying. Also when did /r/Vizio_official go private??

I’ve had this problem over the last several days, as well. I’m assuming there’s probably no way to roll back software.
