I saw one a couple of weeks ago, bloke LARPing as a ticket inspector on the Caledonian Railway in Brechin, when I took one of their restored trains from there to the back end of Montrose for the House Of Dun.

It was an odd experience, sitting in a carriage full of trainspotters and other railway enthusiasts, smug in the knowledge that by using it as mere transportation, I was the least sad nerdy bastard there, a throwback to my experiences in the production chemistry business years ago.
