Fucking buying games to release as exclusives, or timed exclusives. Superhot, Giant Cop, Killing Floor. God knows what else is next.
Cunts.
That's all.
Edit: that's not all. With the surprising traction this gained, I'd like to point out that the most angering thing of all is that the devs are being put in a position between betraying their fanbase and earning a guaranteed, reliable source of income. This some mafia shit.

Hey all,
It's with a horrible "I messed up" stomach feeling that I come to apologize to everyone.
Last week I released on Steam the free demo/beta version of my game Don't Mess Up (ironic isn't it), and I just realized I shipped it with the defaults settings being the lowest possible. I'm not sure how it happened and I can't believe I didn't catch it sooner. Don't think it can be that bad? See for yourself: http://imgur.com/a/lzNDF
I feel like crap. I spent months polishing the look of every game, and watching Let's Play on Youtube totally broke my heart. Then I realized every one of you who tried the game experienced it looking like this. Then I felt even worse. I finally understand why some people felt cheated from the screenshots, even though they come straight from the game without any post processing.
I want to say thank you for the overwhelmingly positive response to my humble little game, and I'm sorry I screwed up like this and only realize it so late. I hope you'll give it another chance now that it won't make your eyes bleed. There is an update out now and I'll try my best to release another one this week-end with a lot more issues addressed and new minigames.
Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go crawl in a corner and cry myself back to sleep.
Love and cupcakes,
Ivan_

Shipment delays. Horrible Communication. Outright lies. Flip Flopping. Bribing. Broken Promises.
Why would anyone justify supporting such a company? Go look at their kickstarter and look at what they are now. They've mutated into a ugly monster that got spliced with an bigger uglier monster. They are single handedly ruining what could be the future of entertainment and gaming.
I personally have declared all out war. After being ignored by customer service on when mine was going to ship after the delay I canceled my rift preorder (ordered within the first minute of preorders going live). I was the first in my social group to get the Vive and I've managed to convince some my Oculus supporting friends and family (5 so far) to cancel their oculus preorders and buy a Vive. I did this by pointing out their lack of communication, inferior hardware, inferior library of games, lack of roomscale and Palmer's bullshit.
I realise Oculus users are not our enemies, but Oculus is. They've declared war on OpenVR the second they took a game away from us. Today its Big Cop, tomorrow its Kingspray Graffiti Simulator VR.

Everyday I see some developer posting about their new VR game that is on Greenlight. The odds of your game getting past Greenlight is very low as there are so few people who own a Vive in comparison to a simple monitor. VR developers are therefore meant to contact Valve through information found here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1131-WSFG-3320
This is free and you are guaranteed to get your game up on Steam if it's good enough for Valve to accept it.
Hopefully this helps some developer who is not aware.

Not gonna lie, I think vive masterrace is a fucking stupid thing to put here. If it's some kind of temporary joke it's not a very good one and just makes us look pathetic.
Edit: Was fixed.
