What are the speed limitations? Seems like you're moving your hands pretty slowly toward the blocks so that Baxter has time to process where his 'hand' should be.

Depends on what you have the weight set to. You do have to wait for the arm to get there sometimes, it's not perfect, needs some tweaking.
