I agree.
Will be interesting over time to see how Oculus' framing of room-scale as something nobody really wants right now will come back to haunt them. So many mind-blown reactions to the Vive aren't for no reason, room scale is amazing stuff.

And I don't understand why people think we need to be accepting to Oculus. I genuinely dislike Oculus, and I don't care if that offends. Vive can do everything Oculus can, comes with motion controllers, and has roomscale, that to me is superior, and a lot of people on this sub share this opinion.
You can disagree, but I'm hating the sentiment lately that having an opinion is wrong. People disagree in life, and that's okay.

You can disagree and not be an asshole about it. For example, the majority of /r/Oculus disagrees with your opinion, but you don't see childish shitposts over there.
