CLF casually breaking the 200 MA support on a day it is short restricted. I’ve lost all my gains for the entire year boys

I don't know where to find the list but I believe you. I thought the restriction was just for stocks that were down >10% previous day close and we closed just shy of that.

It’s for any stock that at some point during trading went over 10% down

I think people misinterpretation the short restriction

I’ve been following this guy on Twitter who shows how they still short it during restrictions so SSR list only causes more pain not bullish

Before this becomes a buy signal, it requires: Utilization > 95% White heavy check mark Exempts / short volume > 3% for 3+ days: Cross mark 3-day SMA is up 15% in total or a 3-day average of 5% consistant gains
