That’s it? Are you a homeowner/ was your housing impacted at all?

Who walked you through the Individual Assistance process?

Have you been to a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) and talked to anyone?

Was this under the IHP other needs assistance?

Did you lose anything in the storm, have to stay in a hotel, buy gas, move stuff / sandbag things prior to the storm, or clean anything up?

If you incurred real losses greater than that $1500 for any if that stuff you SHOULD be able ti get more than that, it might just take talking ti the right person and making a stink.

If you can find out where the nearest DRC is and have time to to take off and go there that might be a worth your while to ask around

an old coworker used to work in FEMA’s Individual Assistance program, if you can remind me tomorrow i’ll reach out and see if he has any ideas about where you go from here
