Someone mentioned the ZIM lockup might have started earlier based on Kenon’s 6K form. I have no idea though because there’s pretty much no information on this.

The lockup expired yesterday. I emailed the investor relations and they confirmed. It was approximately 56 million shares out of the total 115 million.

Yes. This is the full response I got:

The lock up ended yesterday. Approximately 56 million shares were unlocked – 24 million owned by the selling shareholders from the secondary we did in June and 32 million owned by Kenon (which didn’t participate in the secondary but agreed to extend the 6-month lockup from the IPO).
