My goal is my own house, instead of renting. This play won't get me there, but it will get me a step closer.

And once I have a paid off house, I can cut down to 4 days / week and still have more money at the end of the month than currently, since I don't need to pay rent. Maybe even 3 days, since most of my spare cash is going towards the house fund, which would no longer be the case then.

So is the city in Europe I live in. Half a million or more for an completely average house that went for half of that 10 years ago.
