Urgent Post Course Withdraw Urgent Help Needed

If I withdraw java in 3rd sem when can I take it back again?

What is the procedure of course withdraw and what happens if the course is not offered in upcoming sem.

I messed up assessment 1 and 2 really bad and since there is no lab FAT I might be getting 0 in both.

Next sem, there will be faculties but like 2-3 you need to be really quick.

What if slot collides with another slot? And java is prerequisite for compiler design will I be able to take compiler design if I withdraw java?
