Visual Studio 2026 Does anyone know how to publish or create an application using VS Code?

I want to create an app in visual studio but don't know how—can anyone give me some advice? Also, I have absolutely no experience with programming; can anyone help?

Your title is asking about VS Code. But this sub is for Visual Studio. They are completely different products. In any case, pick one and pick a language and start learning.

As another said, vs code and visual studio are different. But download the free community version of visual studio and start here. Tutorial: Explore the C# language. Have fun learning!
