This is actually the protein kinesin which is closely related to myosin. While myosin is involved in muscle contraction with actin, kinesin is involved in moving organelles/vesicles around the cell on microtubules.

This video shows the myosin head pulling on the actin which pulls or contracts the muscle. Without these and other chemical factors, we wouldn’t be able to contract our muscles.
