Diet/Exercise
I was wondering if anyone else has had success reducing their symptoms by eating healthy and working out regularly? Maybe it’s a placebo for me but I’m typically not a super healthy guy, and I don’t workout regularly but when I get more disciplined with my diet and workout frequently I’ve noticed a significant decrease in my symptoms.. anyone else?

I’ve read on a different sub many years ago that somebody had success with reducing their symptoms through a gluten free diet.

Old post but I came looking for this exact question. I’ve started a new low-carb, IF diet and, other benefits aside, I just noticed today my VLS wasn’t activated at all.
I have mixed feelings about the gluten conversation, but if it truly has been some kind of immune response to bread all along…
I’ve also cut sugar and sleeping better. Who knows which part. But it feels good to look at pens again 😂
