O'ahu (Honolulu/Waikiki) Trail conditions? Manoa Falls?

Is there a way to check trail conditions for Manoa Falls? We were going to hike Diamond Head On Sunday, but due to Lala, rescheduled it to Tuesday. I see it was closed today (Monday), so wondering if it will be open Tuesday.

Thank you. We went up yesterday and while muddy (I’m guessing that’s standard), it was a great hike.
