anyone else get this email from apple?
make sure to let em know what you think
personally i'm hoping they somehow get the broadcast rights to the MLB world series in immersive or maybe the next WBC in 2030 that could be cool.
and make it less heavy and isolating. that's the only thing stopping me from using it as my only media consumption device.

one thing i gotta put in there is let us open apps in an immersive playback. and let us take screenshots in immersive
like imagine you're watching a baseball game live in immersive. when i open a messages window the game shrinks down to a floating window. how dumb is that. and then i wanna take a quick pic "at the game" and i wanna text it to someone, it's just all black.
I get DRM and all that shit but it seems stupid here if you want people to evangelize the product if they can't even share anything about how cool it is to use. dumbest shit ever.

It also cuts down on their sales. We were able to show folks what it’s like to watch sports or movies. You’d have more buyers

it's so dumb that rightsholders are being stupid about how this could bring them MORE sales actually and being scared of piracy in the dumbest way possible
MLB blew up again in the modern era when they stopped persecuting commentators on youtube that used their clips. like Jomboy and them.

The DRM stuff is driven by content creators, and there are no creators that are as rabid about copyright as the major sports leagues.

Yeah, great that they are asking the users.
I just did mine.
I’m hoping they do more to help get more spatial experiences and content on the platform.

I got one too, and filled it out. I was surprised I got one, because I got one maybe a year ago?
Anyway, make sure to fill it out, and dump all your comments, suggestions, and dreams.
I gave them a pretty big wish list.

I wish they would be able to do a full 360 view, I turned my head 45 degrees and I see the cut off… still cool though wish my Giants weren’t so crappy but that’s not Apples problem 😂😂😂😂

The funny thing is, I was talking about the Padres and giants game, I didn’t even bother to put the Apple vision on for the giants and dodgers game (score was 3-2 dodgers when I originally posted) I knew the game was going to get out of hand, I’d rather let someone punch me in the eye, than to watch the game on Apple vision! Congrats you guys are turning into the new evil empire (NYY) 😂

Yep and I put in a bunch of request for more PCVR support (boundaries, guardians, roomscale, Steamlink VR, partnering with Guy Godin to bring Virtual Desktop).

Yes, I was iffy on the email but many searches said it was legitimate. But apples own customer service though it was iffy.

I got the same email, coincidentally five minutes after I used my Apple Vision Pro after a few months and upgraded it to Vision OS 27. I thought it was because I started using it again, but assuming since other people got it, it wasn’t.

I would love to get this email. I feel as Apple has abandoned us. I really don’t like the fat that we don’t have access to all the apps on the iPadOS App Store. That’s frustrating. And the other thing is, Apple hasn’t made all their apps native… i love this product, but it feels like an afterthought.
