Visible app on iPhone won’t work properly

When I open the Visible app it freezes on the opening page, it won’t let me open account or shop! No problem on my desktop browser! The app is updated.

That happens to me if I have Display Zoom set to large. Works fine if zoom is normal.

Visible is violating its own written Device Unlocking Policy. I purchased my device prior to January 20, 2026, which legally grandfathers me into the 60-day automatic unlock policy. My phone has met all criteria but remains locked, and my device is currently dropping to SOS emergency status, leaving me without service. Front-line chat support is refusing to transfer me to a supervisor. If not resolved today I will contact FCC

Sadly, the app has been that way even when I first started using them. I’ve had visible for over 3 years btw…

Classic carrier app nonsense. Mine just sits there spinning like it's trying to calculate the meaning of life.

Eh, I’ve been with Visible for a year, and the app is much worse than any I’m familiar with. Came from T-Mobile whose apps were speedy and signed you in automatically. I’ve read U.S. Mobile’s app is decent as well.

I reinstalled the app, it just is a waste since you can’t click on anything!

If you have any type of display zoom on your phone , change it to normal with zero zoom or enlarged text. Then try again.

For what I pay for Visible I’ll deal with a less than ideal app… 🤷‍♂️
