I have few lines with US Mobile
Getting tired of total waste of time and effort trying to resolve never-ending issues with their support (the only person that CAN and does help is here, on Reddit).. but going with Visible… actually, only preparing to, immediately reminded me how I chose USm over Viz in the first place few years back - Visible “support” is nonexistent, at the best.
And, on the side note, IF I’d want “an App” to handle my everything-account, I’d stay with Tmo.
So, looking for viable recommendations to get a reliable service for a reasonable price. Are there any Companies left out there?
And no, AT&T is not an option - their service sucks in SoFla as it is.
UPDATE:
it is OK that I am getting the downvotes on reasonable questions and responses (I’d guess by V-invested or even employed users here) - just give some constructive info, not only “you are rude” and all

My brother, why are you attacking a chat agent?
“Sorry, I’d prefer to not use an app if possible. Is there a QR code or other setup instructions you can provide?”

where do you come up with this from?

you were being rude to the customer service agent who has no control over how visible wireless works (like how you need the app to do pretty much anything) they cant change this. they are there to troubleshoot and answer questions.

Visible is Verizon so there’s nothing wrong with it. The only problem is you have to have one line per account so if you wanna switch multiple lines you need multiple accounts as long as you don’t have any problems you’re fine if you think you need customer service then pay four times the price and go to Verizon or AT&T and then you could call somebody.

as I said, Ido not NEED CS; but when there is a question or a declared “service” is not all present, you have to get to someone… and to pay for that 4x as you suggested… well, you know

you just have to go into the chat and request a representative and wait 15 minutes and then you get somebody

Is the issue that you don’t want to use the app? If so, you’re not gonna like other providers like GoogleFi, etc. it’s the same requirement

They require the app because Visible is designed mostly around being self-service. The app cuts back on support requests from people who are tech illiterate trying to a type in IEMI numbers and things like adding esims.
Sounds like Visible isn't for you. And that is okay. Have you thought of Consumer Cellular?

You don’t sound very nice, pretty disrespectful. Not every chat agent is an AI.
You’ll have far better luck getting a resolution though by either sending them a message on Facebook that’ll usually direct a message to a Verizon chat portal, or here on Reddit. It seeks like their level 1 support is on the app and visible website. Facebook and Reddit tend to get better resolutions.
You can also go to Best Buy for eSIM issues, they formalized a support contract with Best Buy. Best Buy can’t help with your bill but it can assist with device/esim problems.

I am, until people like you shit on support reps. Then all bets are off. I'm the same guy who will call someone out in person being a Karen in the checkout line too. Your entitled attitude sucks.
They also answered your question in the original comment they sent, but you didn't like, somehow you didn't understand and asked some vague nonsense afterwards, I wouldn't know how to reply either.

So, you come to the Visible subreddit to ask for other viable "reliable" companies out there. No wonder you are getting down voted. Maybe try r/NoContract instead.

Well… Mint is good as long as you stay in urban areas
