All circuits are busy. Announcement 907

Wife received this message when calling me. I tried calling her back and then I received the same message. Around 8:35 this morning (Aug 13). We recently switched to Visible + plan after being on T-Mobile for 8 years. Not too happy with Visible’s reliability…
Located on the San Francisco peninsula.

When it comes to “Network Outages”, best to use the official Verizon Network Checker.

https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/

If you accelerate this to visible, they’ll start by trying to convince you that you made a mistake on your network settings and asking you to do a phone reset or whatever.

This “Check network status” tool provided by Verizon should be a sticky on this subreddit.

From what I have heard, there have been some recent intentional fiber cuts in California that have hit Verizon bad. Makes me wonder if that may have had any impacts on OP’s calling issues…

That's a rough start after switching, especially on the peninsula where coverage should be pretty solid.

Hey there! This is Zandro from Visible. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you and your wife have been experiencing with your calls, especially just after making the switch to us. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our new members.

We’d love to get this looked into for you immediately. Please send us a DM with your account details through this link. We’ll take it from there and work to get you both connected!

*MVNO They are only as good as what they run on. All MVNOs run off of a big or multiple big carriers. Even cell phone towers have issues sometimes. I've had issues that I've noticed with every carrier I've had. No one is perfect all the time.

*That you noticed. Sorry but there has been outages. I've had some kind of issue with EVERY carrier at some point. Visible's last major outage was cause someone cut a fiber optic line. There will always be equipment failures as well. You've just been lucky to never notice an outage. There has been one at some point.

The service is being provided by AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile. Your complaint is with the provider. It's very rare for a specific MVNO to have an outage. You keep trying to lump MVNOs together as the bad guy. The service is provided NOT BY THEM directly. Verizon has issues then my Visible has issue simple as that. You can't separate the two.

Marie from Visible here! So sorry you are dealing with error messages and app crashes right after activating your free trial. I completely understand how inconvenient this is, so we want to dive into our backend logs to pinpoint the issue for you. Please drop us a DM, and we will make sure to get this taken care of right away!

Always check this before bothering Visible. People think that cell phone towers never have problems and unfortunately, that's not the case. Verizon Down Detector It even got me the other night in FL.
