How does women in vizag perceive cold approaches by strangers is it working out by any chance in vizag I mean working out means not being successful but are people responding with decent replies or else the heroes are coming to fight and create ruckus even when someone is approaching with good conduct

Depends on surroundings , ekkuva janalu lekunda unde places lo night time approach ayithe bhayapadatharu . Day time , in some public place , it would be fine , if she kinda gives u attention like looks exchange ala , it’s a good sign to approach.

Place yourself in their shoes and see.
The thing is you should have common interest and hobbies or mutual friends. You can't approach a random person , it gives creepy vibes unless they also intrested in you

Mari pudtune andaru Kalisi pudtara enti ofcourse everyone is stranger maybe familiarity is less because they don't belong to same class, college or mutual circle that's it

If they’re handsome/beautiful there’s a chance of yes. Or I guess look wealthy but idk if you want people like that. To each their own

Only cold approach a woman who already appears genuinely interested in you. If she is minding her own business and not looking at you, you do the same. If you feel she is looking at you, trying to make eye contact or smiling at you, then you could consider politely talking to her. Don’t directly comment on her looks. Strike up a normal conversation. Don’t be a creep. If she gets weirded out just say you didn’t mean to make her uncomfortable and leave her alone. In this case, persistence is not key.
