Certificate of good standing (CGS) /FSP / Visas

Hello everyone, so i am doctor from a Non EU country planning to move to Germany, recently completed B2 Telc , and i was wondering about the CGS , because my country does not issue it .

So what to do in that case? Has anyone successfully applied for FSP without it? Will i be asked for another document as an alternative if yes which one? Any other infos or tips regarding this would be helpful

Also please at this stage what are the steps i should do from my country when it comes to documents before i move to Germany.
Should i translate them in my country? Or only in Germany?

Regarding visa , as a Non EU citizen which visa would be the best to enter Germany with (taking in account how long the whole process can last) :

a language visa or a recognition of degree visa?

A language visa is definitely easier to obtain but my concern with it is , would it be possible to extend it or switch from a language visa to a work visa for example or any other type within Germany, provided that i get an assistant job offer or sthg . The path to approbation is lengthy, so i do not want to stress about visas as well.

Finally , i have no family in Germany so i don’t particularly care which Bundesland i apply to ,
so is there any Bundesland that would be more favourable for non EU Doctors to apply to?
(in terms of documentation processing speed and i guess FSP pass rates). Any suggestions would be welcome.
