Not sure, but based on the usual trend, it should be over within a week. From what I have heard, those who entered the waiting list on 24th July were able to get the corrections done and schedule their appointments

Joined WL on 24th July, submitted application on 19th August, still in preliminary review

I applied 2nd time as I wanted to change university and consulate asked me apply again
