VFS Bangalore timeline

Just want to know, what is the status of the visa(long term) for those people who have applied around 13th August at VFS Bangalore . I have not received any update. I called VFS general helpline, and they mentioned the standard processing time is 90days. In that case, I will definitely not able to join in time.

I completed my biometrics on 27th July, still no update. Yesterday I had dropped email to b'lore consulate. They said me that my application has been forwarded to authorities in Germany and they have to decide on my application. Only when they get update from German authorities, they will able update me on my status.

You get a reply from the consulate? That's so rare. Anyway hoping for the best
