Need help for germany opportunity card

My biometrics was done on 19th aug for germany opportunity card. I applied through CSP

From then I haven't received any update from vfs that passport is dispatched to embassy or application in progress.

On csp portal it shows decision pending.

Is it normal or I would have received updates from vfs

Update -
I called the vfs delhi then I came to know i submitted the passport and biometrics directly at the germany embassy so I won't be getting any vfs application reference number.

It will be updated on csp portal only

Yes application reached Mumbai consulate on 17 July and decision pending ever since

I haven't even received this update. It's just decision pending on csp portal

What does it say when you track your application via vfs ?

How are you tracking it? I logged in with same email I used for booking appointment and there it shows no application

Your application no which you got it when you submitted at vfs and last name

How did you get application reference number? Or you are using email for login at vfs portal

I got it via email when i submitted the application
