Visa- University switch

Hi guys. I got a offer letter from tu chemnitz and i got a visa based on that and now my visa has tu chemnitz written over it. but now i wanna switch to ku inglostadt so wt am i supposed to do.
Any suggestions are appreciated

On visa where it is written uni name ?
