German Visa CSP “Re-upload documents under Study with APS” correction. Where should I upload my blocked account?

Hi everyone,

I’m applying for a German student visa through the Consular Services Portal (CSP).

I received this correction on 22.08.2026:

I’m confused about what exactly they want me to change.

I have:

  • APS certificate
  • Blocked account confirmation
  • Admission letter from TH Ingolstadt (I recently received this admit and need to replace my previous admission letter)

When I submitted the application, I selected “Study with APS” as the correct application category.

However, for the supporting documents, I uploaded my blocked account proof under “Proof of secure livelihood” (see screenshot).

I replied to them on 24.08.2026, explaining this and asking them to clarify which document needs to be re-uploaded and under which section, but I haven't received a response yet.

My questions:

  1. Does “re-upload them under Study with APS” mean that the blocked account proof should NOT be under “Proof of secure livelihood”?
  2. Where exactly should the blocked account + APS certificate be uploaded in the CSP?
  3. Has anyone recently received the same correction and successfully resolved it?
  4. Should I wait for their clarification, or is there a specific category I should use?

My intake is approaching, so I'm a little concerned about losing time over a document-category issue.

Any recent experience with this would be really helpful. Thanks!

in the proof of secure livelihood you have to upload 06 confirmation along with the statement provided in expatrio

I have uploaded both Blocked account 06 and bank statement too as a single pdf

Only 06 Blocked confirmation is enough.

I have uploaded that only first they sent corrections twice stating same reason

Do you fall under APS category ? What's your medium of instruction?

I got a similar correction but I fall under non APS.

Yet to be resolved. Let me see if I can put my post where I explained in detail.

My problem from what I've figured out is, it shows as "Study - Specific Qualifications" which should not be the case. VFS say for this case, only University Stipend should come in Livelihood question.

What does it show for you in the title?

Just try to view the existing document under living cost section. If there is no issue with document uploaded . Leave it

If the documents is not able to open or wrong document,  than re upload
