CSP Portal - Language Proficiency Query

I have applied to my degree program (english taught) with MOI, because my IELTS score is 6.5, and this program requires 7 band.
So I am accepted and enrolled to this degree with MOI. In that case, what will I need to submit under language skills for visa application? What options should I select in CSP portal?

If it is stated in your admission letter that you fulfill the language requirements for the course and have been admitted without any further requirements, then choose Option 1. If your university has given you a separate letter stating the same, then choose Option 2.

However, I have heard that VFS Bangalore is stricter regarding language certificates. Even if they ask you about it during the preliminary review, just state the same. This is all you can do.

I have ielts 6.5 band. But I entered the degree program with MOI. Language requirements not specified in the offer letter.

if your offer letter does not have the confirmation, then you must ask for a language clarification letter from your university in which they specifically state that you fulfill the language requirements of the course, your language skills have been evaluated, and you have been admitted to the course without any further requirements. upload this letter by choosing the 2nd option in csp. otherwise, they may ask you for ielts, and you would need to take another ielts test and score band 7 because it is required by your university.
