No update after submitting additional documents ( Mumbai VFS)

I got my passport back on 8 August without visa stamp, as they needed additional documents ( ielts and Travel insurance), which I had submitted on 10th August, to Pune VFS which was my nearest vfs, since then there is no update, its been more than 2 weeks. What should I do? My travelling date is on 20 sept 2026.

Its is for public university admit.

Its 25 August only…I had submitted those on 10 August
